• My name is Massimiliano, 42 years and 2 sons and many loved animals
  I run a restaurant in the heart of Florence.
  I am a runner  and I like riding,  and travel all around.

• My vacation time is the month of August and 10 days during Christmas holidays. Instead my house is available for exchange or rent 
  from October 30th to march  30th   
  - For rent the week rate is euro  1400  
  including the expensive for light and house-water,
  the extra are the using of gas and heating if necessary.
