  • The cottage is in surrounded by a nice olive grove  it's 40 m2  recently smartly restored: 1 double bedroom, 1 sitting room with kitchen, 1 bathroom. Big swimming pool with shower outside.
    Distance: 28 Km. from centre of Florence and 4 Km from Prato. In the middle of the countryside close to Artimino wine area. 1 hour far from seaside.
    It can comfortably welcome 2 person
    Small pet admitted.

    Rate: 1 week: € 500 + electricity  
    starting from 1° August
